How ordering works

From message
to doorstep

No catalogue, no checkout maze. You describe, we build, we drive it over ourselves.

Tell us the occasion

Call, write or drop by the studio. A name, a vibe, a budget. That's plenty.

We sketch the bouquet

Same day we send a quick photo of the stems we've picked and the price, locked.

Cut, arrange, wrap

Made fresh on the morning of delivery, water-packed for the ride.

Delivered by us

Our driver hands it over with a card. Photo of the delivered bunch on request.

October ranunculus bunch in soft pinks
Detail of native billy buttons and foliage

Shot at the studio, October. What's actually on the bench this week.

On the bench now

Spring means ranunculus, sweet peas and natives

We buy at the market two or three times a week, so the menu moves with the season. Right now the bench is heavy on ranunculus, sweet peas, flowering gum and the last of the winter hellebores.

  • Ranunculus and anemones. Peak right now, gone by December
  • Natives and proteas. Hold shape for a week-plus, travel well
  • Roses from the Hills. Cut Thursday, in your vase Friday

Why people come back

A small studio
with big repeat rates

Most of our week is repeat orders. Offices on subscriptions, families who've used us for every birthday since 2019, venues that recommend us to their couples.

Word of mouth

What Adelaide says about us

We ask every customer how it went. Here's what came back this season.

"Sent a photo of my mum's garden and they built a bouquet around it. She cried. In a good way."

Priya N. Birthday bouquet, Plympton

"Ordered at 10 am panicking about an anniversary. It was on her desk by 2. Legendary."

Marcus T. Same-day delivery, CBD

"They did our whole wedding. Bouquet, arbour, tables. Guests kept asking who the florist was. Worth every cent."

Ellie & Josh Wedding, McLaren Vale

Quick answers

Asked every week

The stuff people ask before their first order. Anything else — the contacts page has every way to reach us.

Detail of ribbon being tied around a finished bouquet
Order by 1 pm and we'll have it delivered the same afternoon, Monday to Saturday. Sundays are trickier. Call us and we'll tell you honestly if we can make it happen.
Please do. A photo, a Pinterest board, even a screenshot of her Instagram likes. Anything that shows the vibe helps. We'll match the mood with what's fresh that week.
Our driver calls first, then leaves the bunch somewhere safe and shaded. Never on a hot doorstep. You'll get a delivery photo either way.
We cover most of the metro ourselves. For the Hills, McLaren Vale or further we either arrange a trusted courier or tell you upfront it won't travel well. Fresh flowers don't lie about distance.
For custom work we send a photo and a locked price before we arrange. You approve, then pay by card or transfer. No surprises.
Ready when you are

Tell us who it's for.
We'll do the rest.
