Privacy policy. What we collect and why
You give us a name, a phone number and a delivery address. Here's exactly what happens to that information, in plain English.
The two-minute version
We're a flower shop. We collect what we need to build your bouquet and drive it to the right address. Your name, contact details, the recipient's address and the card message. We don't sell it, we don't share it with ad networks, and we delete delivery details once the job's done and the warranty window passes.
What we collect
When you order, we ask for your name, phone number, email, the recipient's name and address, and the card message. That's the whole list. The contact form asks for the same minus the delivery details.
On the technical side, the site stores a cookie preference flag (so the banner doesn't nag you twice) and standard server logs that every hosting provider keeps — IP, browser, page views. We look at these in aggregate to see which pages people read; we don't profile individuals.
Order details do exactly three jobs: they let us build what you asked for, drive it to the right place, and call you if something needs a decision. Occasionally we'll email a receipt or a delivery confirmation.
We keep order records for accounting under Australian tax law. Five years of invoices, which is the boring legal minimum. Recipient delivery addresses get wiped from our working files 90 days after delivery; the invoice record keeps only your billing details.
What we never do: sell lists, share recipient details, add you to a marketing list without asking, or buy third-party data about you.
How it's used
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within seven days. Usually faster, because the file fits in one folder.
If you ever get a marketing email from us, it means you ticked the box. There's an unsubscribe link on every one, and it actually works.
Questions or complaints about privacy go straight to Daniel, the owner. Details in the contact block below. If you're not satisfied with the response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the next stop.

Talk to a human
Privacy questions aren't handled by a ticket system here. Call the studio or email and you'll get the person who can actually delete the file.
