Terms of service. The working agreement
What you can expect from us, what we need from you, and how we handle the rare day something goes wrong.
The handshake, written down
Ordering from us means you're buying a hand-made, perishable thing built to your brief. These terms exist so both sides know where the edges are. What's guaranteed, what's flexible, and what happens when the market or the weather gets in the way.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we've accepted it by phone, email or the order form. And for custom work, once you've approved the design photo. Payment is by card or bank transfer before delivery for first-time customers; account clients pay monthly by invoice.
Prices include GST and, where stated, delivery. The price page is the reference. If a page and a quote disagree, the written quote wins.
Flowers are agricultural. A storm over the growers can wipe out a variety overnight. When that happens we substitute the closest match in colour, shape and value, and we tell you before the bouquet leaves the bench. If a substitution changes the character of a bespoke order, we re-quote and you can cancel for a full refund.
Images on this site show style and scale. Your bouquet will look like our work, not identical to a photo. Stems are individual, that's the deal with living material.
Substitutions and the market
Delivery and risk
We deliver inside Adelaide metro ourselves and use a courier we've vetted for the Hills, Barossa and Vale. The bunch is yours once it's delivered to the address or safe spot you confirmed. After that, heat, pets and curious toddlers are beyond our control.
If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or no safe spot existed and nobody answered, we re-deliver once for the cost of the run. If it fails because of us, it's on us. Full stop. Details live on the refunds page.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled any time by message. The privacy policy covers what we keep on file to run your account.

Talk to a human
Terms disputes at a flower shop shouldn't need lawyers. Call the studio — Daniel owns the problem personally.
