Legal information and GDPR notice
The formal stuff: who owns this site, how we're registered, and how we handle data rights. Including GDPR if you're ordering from Europe.
Who we are, officially
Choice Action Grid Pty Ltd operates this website and the flower studio at 476 Anzac Hwy, Camden Park SA 5038. The company is registered in South Australia under ABN 42 615 908 334. The owner and responsible person for all content and data handling is Daniel Mercer. The same person who arranges your bouquet.
Company details
The studio trades as Choice Action Grid and sits at 476 Anzac Hwy, Camden Park SA 5038. Trading hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00–18:00 and Sunday 9:00–14:00.
For anything legal, notices, requests, complaints, write to choiceactiongrid@gmail.com or call +61 3 5329 4168. Postal correspondence goes to the studio address above.
Prices on this site are in Australian dollars. Service descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; where market availability changes what's in a bunch, we tell you before you pay. That's also covered in our terms of service.
If you're ordering from the EU or UK, say, sending flowers to family in Adelaide, the GDPR applies to how we handle your data, and we treat it accordingly:
- Lawful basis: we process your details to fulfil your order (contract), and keep invoices as the law requires (legal obligation).
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us and we respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
- Transfers: your data stays in Australia on our systems; it isn't sold, brokered or shipped to third countries for marketing.
- Complaints: you can complain to your local supervisory authority, though we'd rather you call us first so we can fix it.
The details of what we collect and how long we keep it are on the privacy policy page — it applies to every customer, GDPR or not.
GDPR notice for EU and UK customers
Liability, plainly
We guarantee fresh flowers delivered as described or we remake the order. That's covered on the refunds page. What we can't accept liability for: traffic accidents delaying a driver, a recipient who moved without telling you, or a cat eating the lilies. (Lilies and cats don't mix. Ask us for pet-safe options.)
Australian Consumer Law applies to everything we sell. Nothing on this page limits rights you already have under it.

Talk to a human
Legal notices and GDPR requests go to the same place as bouquet orders. The studio. Put 'Legal' in the subject so it lands on the right bench.
