Why prices
Why prices
move a little
Flowers are a market. A hailstorm in the Hills changes Tuesday's prices. Here's our rule for dealing with it.
- Quotes lock at approval. Once you say yes to the photo and the number, it doesn't move. Even if the market does.
- Peak weeks cost more. Valentine's and Mother's Day weeks add 10–20% on roses specifically; we'll always say so upfront.
- Off-season swaps save money. If your brief allows it, we steer to seasonal stems and tell you what it saved.
- GST included, invoice available. Everything here is GST-inclusive for retail; corporate accounts get ex-GST invoicing.
Price questions
Before you ask
The money questions, answered the way we'd answer at the counter.
For metro Adelaide, yes. Whether it's Glenelg or Golden Grove. The Hills, Barossa and McLaren Vale go by a trusted courier and we quote that run before you pay.
Please do. It makes the design better. '$90, moody, no lilies' is a perfect brief. We design to the number, not toward the next upsell.
No. First bunch at the normal weekly price, pause or cancel whenever. The vase service is the only extra, at $6 a visit.
20% holds the date and is refundable for 14 days. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding. By then you've seen the mock-up and know exactly what you're paying for.
Photo within 48 hours of delivery and we remake or refund. The details are on the refunds page, written in plain English.
Know the budget? We'll do the rest.
